Very satisfied with all help. Windows were constantly turning black in rain and constantly having to clean. All sorted out. Alex was very thorough and helpful.

Arrived on time as a team of 3 fitters. They worked well and managed to get most of the windows in during day 1. Day 2 saw the remaining work’s complete and a tidy up. The standard of workmanship is excellent and the staff were very polite. They were also very neat so no need for me to redecorate around the windows. Would recommend.

Arrived on time, fitted my new windows very proficiently. So pleased with the result, they look really good. The 2 men that fitted them and cleared up after were very pleasant. I would certainly recommend Fortuna for new windows.

Just had the new windows done, completed in 2 days. It’s worked out perfect before Christmas which they guaranteed at point of sale. Me and the other half really happy with the boys today Kam and Craig worked non stop, highly recommend love the new windows.

Jack and Chris installed two new doors and a window at our property. The were very friendly and worked in a clean and tidy manner. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they did an excellent job. Well please with the service

James Kroner installed our new front door / frame today and went above and beyond in trying to resolve our issues, with the wrongly made door panel and incorrect colour letterbox. His workmanship was superb and his innovative ideas to get around the problems were also excellent. He is a credit to his trade, and hopefully will get some further reward for saving his company the money of remaking our door !!! Great job James, thanks again.
